In recent years, there has been a renewed passion for art and the surrounding environment.
InterTaxCons participates in numerous projects that foster interest in young artists, in collaboration with Martina’s Art Gallery and the Antonio Monzino Foundation. Our focus is on supporting emerging talents entering the world of performing arts and addressing the legal and tax issues related to artists, gallery owners, auction houses, museums, collectors, and others in the visual arts sector.
Our focus includes artists’ rights (such as copyright, resale royalties, moral rights, and freedom of expression issues), the workings of the art market (artist-dealer relationships, auction regulations, and challenges faced by collectors), as well as the activities of entertainment companies, associations, and foundations.
